About the role

About MONEYME:

MONEYME is a founder-led, ASX-listed digital lender and Certified B Corp on a mission to reinvent credit for modern Australians. Through smart technology, fast decisions, and a seamless customer experience, we're changing how Australians borrow.

From personal loans, car loans, debt consolidation, to credit cards and free credit score tools, we build financial products people actually want.

We are proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year. In 2024 and 2025, we made it into the top 30 best workplaces lists in Australia ranked 19th and 14th place respectively. in 2026 we achieved our highest results yet and were ranked 6th place in our category.

We move fast. We think big. And growth sits at the centre of everything we do.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for a Content Creator to produce a high volume of in-house content for MONEYME across paid ads, organic social and beyond. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who comes up with ideas, writes scripts, gets in front of the camera, edits, and keeps making the work better based on how it performs.

It's a great fit for a hungry university student or someone breaking into content marketing who already makes content and wants real reach, real budget and creative freedom.

You'll work alongside our Content Manager, Head of Design, Head of Growth, Chief Marketing Officer and the wider marketing team. You can lean on their support, but we want you to bring your own ideas. We're not looking for someone who waits for a script. We want someone who backs their instincts, notices trends early, knows the first few seconds decide whether people stay or scroll, and understands that great content doesn't just get views, it gets people to act.

You're a confident, creative and commercially minded content creator who knows what makes content perform. You move quickly, take feedback well and bring good creative judgement to every stage.

You'll bring:

• Experience creating and editing social video content (personal, freelance or university projects all count).

• A portfolio that shows strong short-form storytelling and an understanding of each platform.

• Confidence in front of the camera.

• Good video editing skills in CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar. It's not about the software, it's about the end result.

• Motion graphics experience is a bonus but not essential.

• A good understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and content made to convert.

• Interest in using performance data to improve your work.

• Good organisation and the ability to juggle priorities.

• A collaborative style and openness to feedback.

What you'll be doing:

Volume content production

• Produce a steady, high volume of content for paid ads, organic social and wherever else MONEYME shows up, including our website, email and partner channels.

• Create platform-native content across our channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, plus new platforms as they emerge.

• Make multiple ad creative variations (hooks, formats, cuts and lengths) for testing on paid channels.

• Create supporting social content beyond video, such as stories, carousels, statics, captions and copy.

• Adapt and repurpose content across channels while keeping it consistent with the brand.

Driving content from start to finish

• Drive each piece from idea to publish (ideation, scripting, filming and editing), working closely with the Content Manager, who will support and guide you along the way.

• Pitch original concepts that fit our brand, audience and commercial goals.

• Turn creative briefs into polished, ready-to-publish assets.

• Help plan, schedule and publish content on our social channels.

On camera

• Be comfortable appearing on camera when content needs it, such as presenting, explaining products or taking part in trends.

• Bring a natural, relatable presence that helps make money topics feel simple and approachable.

Working with UGC creators

• Work alongside UGC creators on shoots and help turn ideas into ad-ready content.

• Help write scripts and hooks for creator content.

• Edit and repurpose creator footage into multiple variations for testing.

Performance optimisation

• Use engagement and conversion data to see what's working and improve future content.

• Test different formats, hooks, messaging and creative approaches.

• Be guided by the Head of Growth to continually optimise content and create new content that performs.

• Keep up with trends, platform updates and new content formats.

Working smart

• Manage your content schedule and assets so output stays consistent.

• Work with marketing, design and other teams to deliver campaigns on time.

• Work with our team to make sure content meets financial services advertising and compliance requirements.

What success looks like:

• Content people recognise, remember and engage with, and that feels unmistakably MONEYME.

• A steady flow of high-quality content across paid and organic channels.

• Faster creative testing and better-performing ads.

• Audience growth across our social channels.

• Less reliance on agencies for content.

What we offer:

• Creative freedom and the chance to see your work in market quickly.

• Work directly with our CMO and learn from experienced marketers, designers and growth specialists.

• Casual employment 2-days week with opportunity to develop into permanent role

• Use your own gear or we'll provide what you need.

How to apply:

Send us your portfolio or social handles. Include at least one example of you on camera, plus one content idea you'd make for MONEYME.
