What you’ll be doing
We're looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable, and execution-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth across the Publift and carsales portfolio of Ad Tech solutions for publishers.
We deliver technology, monetisation, and ad operations solutions to enterprise and mid-market publishers globally. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, translating strategic positioning into targeted go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and growth programs that generate pipeline, strengthen publisher relationships, and drive revenue outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products.
- Drive marketing initiatives across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation through to conversion and growth.
- Build and execute targeted go-to-market programs, sales enablement initiatives, and integrated campaigns that engage and convert enterprise and SME publishers into long-term partners.
- Activate and optimise key growth channels including events, email marketing and automation, partnerships, content marketing, paid media, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimise activity to maximise pipeline and commercial impact.
- Own initiatives end-to-end, taking ideas from strategy through to execution and measurement.
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly, working in a lean and agile environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, balancing strategic growth initiatives with operational execution.
- Operate with speed, resourcefulness, and independence while collaborating effectively across marketing, sales, product, and commercial teams.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years in B2B GTM, marketing operations or growth marketing
- Experience in adtech, media, publishing, or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue, while also being comfortable building top-of-funnel awareness.
- Experience working with enterprise and or mid-market customers
- Strong execution skills with the ability to both plan and deliver
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast moving environment
- A self-starter who is naturally curious and comfortable prioritising competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
- Experience marketing to digital publishers or media companies is highly regarded
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and digital publisher business models is highly regarded
